  • Timeframe: You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched (usually within 24 hours of placing the order).

  • After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will need to receive the package and initiate a return instead.
  • Refunds: For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
